Any idea how to recreate similar animations to a very colorful swirly thing?!?!

They either have implemented a particle library or are using third parties if you have them If you download it, then opening it, you can browse the content of two DLS.

If you are looking for a similar effect then you will probably need to use the particle library as they are using.
