The ability to rearrange the projects in order to execute tight is really not necessary, but the code Refactoring has proven to be a good engineering practice.

In an agile (schematic) project on the iSeries platform, for which development is required (new code and amendment in legacy code) in RPG, it is possible to implement RPG, is it possible to apply refactoring? If so, what are the techniques to do this?
