Easiest way to share on facebook, twitter and via email? -

On a news site, customers want to implement a way to share a story (only a link, in fact) Email, Facebook and Twitter

I can write some code for each sharing method, but it seems that there will be some kind of service or library which will present the current URL for different services.

Is such a service or library present?
