jQuery accordion links do not work -

I do not know what I'm doing, but I've got some code, to make an epicarian dropdown The help page on my blog is using everything completely, but when I click on a link in the dropdown, it closes the erredian and does not go to the external site. I do not know what I'm doing wrong.

I have a strange problem that I really do not know. In addition to developing a new ASP.NET site, I have to support the old "classic ASP" site. It is written in VBScript with a batch of JavaScript functions.
