icalendar - VCALENDAR Timezone and DST in Outlook 2007 -

I have a problem when opening in Outlook 2007, it shows 1 hour forward in Australian time zone and back in an hour.

Other places This would be a great help, if some body can understand it, the .ICO file is content.

Not sure what you can control, or where real data is coming from, but what if you were 'Australia / Melbourne' or 'Australia / Sydney'?

  DTSTART; TZID = "Australia / Sydney": 20091019 T 180000 DTEND; TZID = "Australia / Sydney": 20091019T183000

This can not be the latest, but I have a VTIMAZEN record.

BEGIN: VTIMAZON TEZID: AUSTRALIA / SYDNEY X-LIC -Location: Australia / Sydney started: Daylight TeeFFSETRM: +1000 TZOFFSETTO: +1100 TZNAME: EST DTSTART: 19701025T020000 RRULE: FREQ = YEARLY; BYMONTH = 10; BYDAY = -1 SU and: Daylight Start: Standard TZOFFSETFROM: +1000 TZOFFSETTO: +1000 TZNAME: EST DTSTART: 1970032 9 T 20000 RRULE: FREQ = YEARLY; BYMONTH = 3; BYDAY = - 1 Sue End: Standard End VTIMZIN
