OK, what does Amazon do? They have & lt; Head & gt; Put all your CSS definitions into the tag?

It is not very difficult to coded It's probably more dynamic than you think. I do not know what set up Amazon is, but I'm guessing they are using any type of templateing language to dynamically add those styles.
