How do I start learning Windows Form Designing?

For example: Microsoft Zune Player, Button, Form and etc.

I am developing in C #.

I am trying to write a function in the plan that takes every item list and class in the list, then returns the list As is (list xyz) . However, I'm not sure how to write a code that would do this.
