flex - Flash media server alternatives for video streaming -

I'm looking for some free media servers for live streaming of video / audio, if it supports HD will be good ; It would also be nice if it is related to some .net, because I am making server side in asp.net

< P> I've heard about good things, it's an open source FMS option that supports video and audio streaming.
