facebook api query string issue -

To develop a Facebook API with asp.net, I have to send a query string but in this quickstring, (I, Ç ö, ş, ğ) When I send a query string with special characters, then Facebook gives me an error -

The URL is not valid.

"value of ci" variable "

I believe you I need to use URL encoding to send such letters, although I may be wrong.

which will encode / encode text and encode into URL encoding.

Want to use this utility and then try your API request with encoded text.
