Memory profiling tool for Delphi? -

I have set up a project and participated it, and seen it in the process explorer, and it has come to know that Using 5x more I would have guessed compared to RAM, just to get started. Now if my program is progressing slowly, then I hook it up to a profiler and tell me that what is the use of all my chakras, is such a tool that I can hook it and tell me this What is the use of all my Ram?

The acoutime can also help with it.
